As I sit here and think about all the things you as a member have done for others, I feel compelled to share my thoughts...

Take pride and honor in being a member of this (your) club. Through your membership, we have the opportunity not only to be charitable, but directly involved in our community.

Although our sport is challenged daily, take pride in knowing that this has not distracted us from being a benefit to those around us. Through our youth events, donations to veteran’s organizations and our other engagements, we have a positive impact in our community.

WE ARE NOT BOASTFUL in our deeds yet remain HUMBLE in our actions.
IT IS MY HONOR AND PRIVILEGE to be associated with each and every one of you. ~ JOE KOPACZ, PRESIDENT

One Hour Before our next meeting on April 4, 2024, at 6pm the club will be holding a child sensitivity class. If you are involved with a youth program or will be involved with youth at the club at any point in time, I highly recommend you take this class. The class will better prepare you should a questionable situation arise, and how to better handle that situation in an informed and understanding way. Hope to see you there. ~ Joe Kopacz, President.

Without going into detail, I want to apologize to those whom I told I'd be  at an event and didn't  show.
Sometimes in life,  more than one challenge enters our door and mine is no different.
I thank you for your dedication to the club, and ask your understanding and forgiveness for my absence ~ Joe Kopacz, President.

If dues are not received by the June meeting your name will be removed from the membership. If you desire to remain in the Club. you will need to submit a new application.

Dues can be sent to:

To all of our new and prospective members:
When joining the Middleburgh Rod and Gun Club, there is an 8 hour requirement of "work" that goes with accepting the first year of your membership.
If you cannot meet these 8 hours you are required to pay a $10 fee for each hour that is not fulfilled. This is in addition to your dues.
If you cannot meet (partial or all) of the monetary requirement, please contact me as soon as possible - But only if you are serious about maintaining your membership and dedication to the club.  ~ Joe Kopacz, President.

I went up to the range on 1/6/24 and noticed the shelves loaded with trash, cardboard targets, bowling pins, and pieces of plastic. Please Note, what you leave behind the next shooters are left with.
The sign in book wasn't e
ven noticeable under the trash. We do have a camera there but please clean up after yourself when you use the range.
Next -
I'm curious as to why there is a tread mill machine under our deck. Please let me know as to why or who put it there. Thank You - JOE KOPACZ PRESIDENT
